Law Smith is a stand up comedian, a Fractional CxO, the president of Tocobaga  — a B2B Integrated Marketing Agency & Business Advisory — headquartered in Tampa, and host of Sweat Equity Podcast®, the #1 Business/Comedy podcast in the world. Smith is known for his sharp wit, improvisational stand up and observational humor, which he uses to tackle a wide range of topics, from politics to pop culture to his own personal experiences. Tampa born-and-raised, Smith started his comedy career in LA circa 2007. He quickly gained a following for his unique and hilarious perspective, and has since performed at all of the major comedy clubs in the country.

 

In addition to his comedy career, Smith is also a successful entrepreneur. He is a high-level contracted fractional CxO of several companies usually in the SaaS sector.  At Tocobaga, he has improved over 1,000 small-to-medium businesses since 2015.

 

Smith and Eric Readinger host the Sweat Equity podcast, promoting #girthyroi while blending his passions of entrepreneurship and comedy via interviews with over-achieving professional leaders, C-Suite executives and comedians about their entrepreneurial journeys.
